Aleka Harvey is the CEO of The LBL Salons and The LBL Beauty Academy. She is a licensed beauty professional and marketing guru who loves teaching beauty entrepreneurs how to build skills, confidence, and profitable careers. Known for her hands on approach and business focused education, Aleka equips students and professionals to master their craft, pass state board, and grow brands that stand out in a competitive industry.
Endia Patterson
Licensed Esthetician Instructor
Endia Patterson is a licensed esthetician with over four years of experience and the founder of Golden Soul Esthetics. She specializes in customized luxury facials and corrective chemical peels, pairing results with a relaxing, elevated client experience. Endia believes skincare is soul care, and she’s passionate about wellness, confidence building, and preparing students to deliver exceptional, five star customer service in the esthetics industry
